Refund Policy
All services provided on this website are delivered by Gootlee Digital Marketing, operating under the brand ‘Gootlee Videos’.

1) Overview
Gootlee Videos (Owned and operated by Gootlee Digital Marketing) provides custom, made-to-order short-form marketing videos. Because every deliverable is unique and cannot be resold, cash refunds are not available once Production Start occurs. Remedies include revisions, corrections, and delivery credits.
2) Definitions
Order – Any purchase of a Trial Pack or Monthly Content Plan.
Batch – Weekly delivery group of videos.
Production Start – When intake/assets are submitted or when scripting/visual prep begins.
3) No Cash Refunds
All sales are final after Production Start. No refunds for change of mind or creative preference.
4) Cancel Before Production Start
Full account credit (valid 12 months). No cash refunds.
5) Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate intake, one approver, timely responses, and compliant content requests.
6) Revisions & Corrections
One revision round per batch. Includes alignment fixes and minor edits. Excludes new concepts or brand changes.
7) Acceptance Window
Batches auto-accepted unless revision requests are made within 5 business days.
8) Delivery Delays & Credits
If Gootlee Videos misses a milestone and fails to cure within 3 business days, a pro‑rata delivery credit is issued.
9) Quality Standards vs. Creative Preference
Scope alignment is guaranteed; differences in taste are handled through revisions.
10) Client‑Caused Delays
Delays due to missing assets or late approvals shift the timeline. No refunds or credits.
11) Trials
Non‑refundable; include one revision round.
12) Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks breach policy. Work may be suspended and recovery sought.
13) Content Rights
Upon payment and acceptance, you receive a perpetual license to use delivered videos. Raw files not included.
14) Platform Compliance
We do not produce policy‑violating content. One compliance adjustment included.
15) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events.
16) Payment Channels
Payments via Payhip, Stripe, PayPal. Credits apply to future work only.
17) Governing Law
Maharashtra, India.
18) White‑Label Partners
This Refund Policy applies to all end‑clients of WL partners. WL partners must communicate this policy to their clients.
19) Policy Updates
Updates may occur; the version active at the time of order governs.
