Gootlee Videos operates as a white-label content fulfillment backend.
As a White-Label Partner:
- You sell services under your own brand
- You own client relationships
- We remain invisible and handle fulfillment
STEP 1 — Apply as a White-Label Partner
After your application:
• Alignment is confirmed
• Onboarding is initiated
• Your White-Label Partner backend is activated
• You receive onboarding instructions and intake forms
There are no upfront setup calls unless required.
The system is designed to be simple, fast, and execution-focused.
STEP 1A — WL-Partner Setup Lite or Pro
All White-Label Partners begin with partner activation and onboarding.
WL-Partner Lite Setup
WL-Partner Lite is designed for partners who want to start client fulfillment with a lower monthly commitment. ($700 Per Month)
- Your own brand account is activated
- Monthly 28 Graphics and 28 Videos production begins for your brand
- A branded website is built on Payhip or WordPress (if opted)
- Payment gateway setup via Payhip with Stripe and PayPal
- Setup typically completes within 10 business days
For WL-Partner Pro:
WL-Partner Pro is designed for partners who want a fully active backend, portfolio output, and full wholesale pricing. ($1400)
- Your own brand account is activated
- Monthly 28 Graphics and 28 Videos production begins for your brand
- A branded website is built on Payhip or WordPress
- Payment gateway setup via Payhip with Stripe and PayPal
- Setup typically completes within 10 business days
Operational Model (White-Label Partnership)
All White-Label Partners operate with an active backend account.
Your own brand fulfillment remains active every month, ensuring:
• Reserved production capacity
• Consistent quality output
• A live portfolio for selling
• Priority backend availability
What Happens After You Apply?
Once you apply as a White-Label Partner:
- We confirm alignment and eligibility
- You are placed into WL-Partner Lite or WL-Partner Pro, as what you chose.
- You receive onboarding instructions and intake forms
- Fulfillment begins based on your delivery cycle
STEP 2 — You Sell & Sign Clients
- You set your own pricing
- You collect payments directly from clients
- You retain all margins
Step 3 — Client Onboarding
For each client, you submit a short intake form with:
- Logo
- Brand colors
- Target market
- Social links
- Content preferences
How Client Fulfillment Ordering Works
For each client you sign:
• You select the required Graphics and/or Video package
• You place the order with us at WL fulfillment rates
• You submit the client intake form
• Production starts in the next delivery cycle
There is no long-term commitment per client.
You pay only for active client accounts.
STEP 4 — We Produce Monthly Content
Content is customized to your niche or your client’s niche.
Delivered weekly using standardized frameworks for consistency and scale.
A balanced monthly mix made for all major platforms:
- Single-image posts
- Carousels / slideshow posts
- Quote cards
- Informational posts
- Promotional posts
- Short-form vertical clips
- Reels-style animations
- Graphics for ads (where applicable)
For Short form vertical videos (20-30 seconds), we handle:
- Scriptwriting
- Voiceovers (AI where applicable)
- Visuals & b-roll selection
- Editing & QC
- Branding application
- Captions & hashtags
- Delivery scheduling
Weekly deliveries ensure a smooth content flow.
Content Creation Framework (Important to Understand):
Content is produced using internally developed, niche-specific frameworks designed for consistency, speed, and scalability.
These frameworks are built and refined in-house and are informed by:
- Business niche
- Local market context
- Platform behavior
- Audience consumption patterns
This is a managed production system, not open-ended custom creative outsourcing.
STEP 5 — Uploading to Social Media (Included)
We upload your and (your clients – if you are our WL-Partner) content directly up to 6 platforms of your choice from the following list:
- Facebook Page
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- X (Twitter)
- Google Business Profile
If you or your client does not want to share login access, we deliver ready-to-post files in organized folders.
STEP 6 — Billing & Package Changes
- Packages are billed monthly.
- Changes take effect from the 1st of the next month.
- No mid-month changes.
STEP 7 — Full Backend Support
We support you with:
- Content production
- Revisions & edits
- Uploading & scheduling for you and your clients
- Backend operations & reporting
You focus on growing the business, we handle the backend.
FAQ FOR WHITE LABEL:
Is this service completely white-label?
Yes. Everything is delivered under your brand and appears on your website and social channels as your work.
Do I need experience or editing skills?
No. Production is fully handled by the backend team. Your role is client acquisition and communication with your clients.
Is my own account mandatory?
Yes. Your White-Label Partner account Lite or Pro, either of them, remains active every month.
This ensures:
• Reserved production capacity
• Live portfolio content
• Consistent backend availability
Do you provide a branded website?
Yes. White-Label Partners receive a branded website as a selling enablement asset.
It is built on Payhip or WordPress with Stripe and PayPal integration.
Website setup typically takes 10 business days.
The website is optional for long-term use and is not a dependency.
Can I set my own selling price as WL-Partner?
Yes. You have full pricing freedom.
What content do you create?
We create posts, carousels, graphics, promo posts, and high-engagement vertical videos.
How often do I receive content?
Content is delivered weekly in batches (pro-rata).
Can I use one package for multiple clients or brands?
No. Each package is designed for one brand only. If you manage multiple brands or clients, a separate package is required for each.
Do you upload content to client accounts?
- Yes, uploading to up to 6 platforms is included if account access is granted. Otherwise we provide ready-to-post files.
- Even when files are delivered without uploading, the one-brand usage rule still applies.
Can I control or approve every piece of content before publishing?
Content is delivered in weekly batches for review. White-Label Partners are expected to review at a high level and provide consolidated feedback when required.
The backend team retains creative execution authority within defined frameworks to ensure consistency and scale.
What if I have only one client, or no clients yet?
That’s completely fine.
There is no minimum client requirement to start.
You can onboard clients at your own pace while your partner account keeps production capacity reserved.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. One structured revision round is included per weekly batch.
Revisions are intended for:
- Brand alignment
- Tone adjustments
- Factual corrections
Revisions are not intended for:
- Ongoing creative direction
- Frequent stylistic changes
- Platform-by-platform redesigns
Can you handle communication with my clients?
We support you in handling client requests; direct client communication is optional and handled case-by-case.
What if my client stops paying me?
If a client account stops being paid, you simply stop paying for that account and we suspend production for it.
What niches do you not serve?
We avoid: crypto, medical claims, adult content, gambling, political persuasion, fundraising, and misinformation-heavy content.
Do you lock me into long-term contracts?
No. Our model is month-to-month to keep your business flexible.
This is a growth guideline, not a condition for joining.
This ensures:
- A sustainable partnership for both sides
- Plan production capacity responsibly
- Maintain consistent delivery standards
- Support partners who are actively building a real service business
Your own brand account counts as the first active account, so this means building additional client accounts helps you generate some additional revenue.
Is there any lock-in or penalty if I stop?
No.
If you stop or pause, production simply stops at the end of the billing cycle.
There are no penalties or hidden obligations.
What happens to my data and access if I pause or stop entirely?
If you pause or deactivate your partner account, access to backend systems and production is discontinued at the end of the billing cycle.
All client files, creatives, and delivered content remain available to you for use under your brand.
Backend systems, production workflows, and future deliveries are disabled once the account is inactive.
Our Support & Internal Coordination System will be active soon.
We use a centralized coordination system portal to manage all partner and client communication, approvals, and task tracking. The coordination system ensures:
- Clear daily communication between you, your clients, and our support team
- Faster turnaround and fewer missed approvals
- Transparent task tracking and revision history
- This provides an enterprise-grade workflow even for small partners.
To maintain quality and consistency, all communication flows through the centralized coordination system. (Our centralized CRM system coming soon)
Direct, unmanaged communication between White-Label Partners, clients, and our production staff is not supported.

• White-Label Partnership is month-to-month
• You control client pricing and positioning
• We provide fulfillment only, at wholesale rates
• One fulfillment package = one brand/client
• Scaling is optional, but consistency is expected
