Gootlee Videos is your full-service backend content production team. You sell social media content under your own brand — we create, optimize, and upload everything for you and your clients on a monthly basis.

STEP 1 — Become a Whitelabel Partner

This system helps you launch and grow your own branded social media agency without doing the production work yourself. You apply for the partnership. We schedule a Zoom introduction call to understand your goals and confirm alignment. Once both parties agree, you complete onboarding. You’ll be guided to purchase your domain after acceptance.

We then build your branded website and activate your backend production access.

Once onboarding is completed, your white-label website and backend systems are typically ready within 14–15 business days. This timeline ensures proper branding, quality checks, and a smooth launch.

Your clients see only YOUR brand. We stay 100% invisible.

Important: Your own brand/agency account becomes your first active account. This ensures continuity of systems, support, resources, tools, and backend team availability.

Growth Expectation (Fair-Use Model)

This partnership is designed for growth-focused partners, not one-off users.

To ensure fair usage of our production capacity and to keep quality high for everyone, we operate on a growth-expectation model:

Partners are expected to scale to a minimum of 6 active client accounts within the first 6 months.

This ensures:

  • A sustainable partnership for both sides
  • Plan production capacity responsibly
  • Maintain consistent delivery standards
  • Support partners who are actively building a real service business

Your own brand account counts as the first active account, so this means building 6 additional client accounts over 6 months — not all at once.

That’s less than one new client per month, at your own pace.

STEP 2 — You Attract & Sign Clients

  • You may price your service at any rate you choose. For example $1500 or above.
  • For each client you onboard, one new active account is created inside the backend system.
  • You pay a flat $600/account/month → You keep the profit.
  • Most major social media platforms enforce strict content and advertising policies. As a result, we do not create content for niches that fall under restricted or prohibited categories, including crypto, medical claims, adult content, gambling, political, religious, or fundraising activities.
  • Please ensure in advance that your client’s business does not operate within these categories before onboarding.

STEP 3 — Submit Client Branding & Preferences

For every new client, you submit a short intake form (5–8 minutes) with:

  • Logo
  • Brand colors
  • Target market / audience
  • Social links
  • Content style preferences
  • Any special requests

Once received, production for that client begins.

STEP 4 — We Produce Monthly Content

Every client receives:

30 pieces of content per month
A balanced monthly mix made for all major platforms:

  • Single-image posts
  • Carousels / slideshow posts
  • Quote cards
  • Informational posts
  • Promotional posts
  • Short-form vertical clips
  • Reels-style animations
  • Graphics for ads (where applicable)

8 Premium Short Videos (2 per week)
High-engagement vertical videos (15–30 seconds) designed for reach and conversions.

We handle:

  • Scriptwriting
  • Voiceovers (AI where applicable)
  • Visuals & b-roll selection
  • Editing & QC
  • Branding application
  • Captions & hashtags
  • Delivery scheduling

Weekly deliveries ensure a smooth content flow.

Content Creation Framework (Important to Understand)

Content is produced using standardized, niche-specific frameworks developed for consistency, speed, and scalability.

These frameworks are informed by:

  • Business niche
  • Local market context

This is a managed production system, not open-ended custom creative outsourcing.

STEP 5 — Uploading to Social Media (Included)

We upload your and your clients content directly to 6 leading platforms from the list below, such as:

If your client does not want to share login access, we deliver ready-to-post files in organized folders.

STEP 6 — Recurring Monthly Income for You

  • You pay $600/account to the backend
  • You keep the remaining profit

Partnership & Onboarding

Is this service completely white-label?

Yes. Everything is delivered under your brand and appears on your website and social channels as your work.

Do I need experience or editing skills?

No. Production is fully handled by the backend team. Your role is client acquisition and communication with your clients.

Is my own account the first active account?

Yes. Every white-label partner will have one active paid account at $600/month. Your first active account includes:

  • A fully built branded website for you (built by us)
  • Website hosted securely on our server

You own your domain — please purchase it on Hostinger.com before onboarding (we prefer Hostinger domains for streamlined setup)

The above mandatory requirements keeps our production slots reserved, ensures your agency has live content, and secures backend staffing and tools.

How long does onboarding take?

Your branded website and backend systems are typically ready within 14–15 business days after onboarding is completed.

What does the $600/month include?

Your monthly fee covers everything needed to operate a branded content agency instantly:

Partner Benefits (your brand):

  • A fully branded website built by us

  • Domain owned by you (To be purchased on Hostinger)
  • One lead generation campaign for you (your agency only) each month

Can I set my own selling price?

Absolutely. Partners commonly charge $1,500–$2,000/month or more depending on niche.

Do you charge setup fees?

Not currently; we may introduce setup fees later once we scale. Partner onboarding includes website creation and setup.

Content & Delivery

What content do you create?

We create posts, carousels, graphics, promo posts, and high-engagement vertical videos.

How often do I receive content?

Content is delivered weekly in batches (pro-rata).

Do you upload content to client accounts?

Yes — uploading to up to 6 platforms is included if account access is granted. Otherwise we provide ready-to-post files.

Can I control or approve every piece of content before publishing?

Content is delivered in weekly batches for review. White-Label Partners are expected to review at a high level and provide consolidated feedback when required.

The backend team retains creative execution authority within defined frameworks to ensure consistency and scale.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. One structured revision round is included per weekly batch.

Revisions are intended for:

  • Brand alignment
  • Tone adjustments
  • Factual corrections

Revisions are not intended for:

  • Ongoing creative direction
  • Frequent stylistic changes
  • Platform-by-platform redesigns

Client Operations

Can you handle communication with my clients?

We support you in handling client requests; direct client communication is optional and handled case-by-case.

What if my client stops paying me?

If a client account stops being paid, you simply stop paying for that account and we suspend production for it.

What niches do you not serve?

We avoid: crypto, medical claims, adult content, gambling, political persuasion, fundraising, and misinformation-heavy content.

Policies & Legal

Do you lock me into long-term contracts?

No. Our model is month-to-month to keep your business flexible.

This system is not designed for partners who require daily creative control or ongoing execution-level involvement.

Our Support & Internal Coordination System

We use a centralized coordination system portal to manage all partner and client communication, approvals, and task tracking. The coordination system ensures:

  • Clear daily communication between you, your clients, and our support team
  • Faster turnaround and fewer missed approvals
  • Transparent task tracking and revision history
  • This provides an enterprise-grade workflow even for small partners.

To maintain quality and consistency, all communication flows through the centralized coordination system.

Direct, unmanaged communication between White-Label Partners, clients, and production staff is not supported.

Final Notes

  • Your first active account: Your own agency account is billed at $600/month and is required to keep your production slot and backend services active.
  • Transparency: You own your domain. We build and host your website for easier management.
  • Simple pricing: $600 per active account per month. You set retail pricing to your clients and keep the margin.
  • Delivery window: Delivery window: Site setup and onboarding are completed within 14–15 business days. Content is delivered weekly thereafter.
